Nick Muir

VisaQA was founded by Nick Muir, an entrepreneur and a lawyer admitted in Victoria and New Zealand.

Nick recently went through the partner visa process with his American partner, and saw first-hand how document and evidence heavy these applications are, and how much rides on getting every part of them right.

He has drawn on his background as a litigation lawyer, where preparation had to be just as exacting and a single missed detail could change an outcome (and, more than once, cost him a night's sleep wondering whether an error had slipped through). He built VisaQA to help migration practitioners review their clients' visa application bundles before lodgement, with that same care and to the standards their practices are held to, and ultimately to give them a good night's sleep.
